- Designed by Studios Architecture and to be built by Brasfield & Gorrie, the two new buildings will add necessary residential density, exchange empty parking lots with new retail and community spaces
- Broad East: 18 story tall, 350 residential units & 37,000 sq ft of retail space
- Broad West: 21 story tall, 308 residential units & 34,000 sq ft of retail space
- 650 new neighbors and more than a dozen retail and restaurant opportunities
- Time horizon of the project: 2023 to 2025
