NEWPORT files SAP for Broad Street residential revival

SAP permitting was filed on Thursday, September 15 revealing the plans for more than 650 new residential neighbors and more than a dozen retail and restaurant owners. This project is NEWPORT's first move in thoughtfully layering into the fabric of historic buildings with carefully designed architecture and new ground-up construction.

“For this to be a neighborhood, there simply have to be more neighbors,” shares April Stammel, NEWPORT Senior Vice President. “There’s a craving for city culture in Downtown Atlanta - for more walkability, entertainment and a desire to be part of something bigger. We feel a great responsibility and take very seriously the opportunity to develop the best and highest use for the neighborhood on every inch of the land we own.”
